Di thread ini, Milkysu dapat mempromosikan project dari forum/blog luar (yang berAFILIASI dengan Milkysu Indo Forum), bisa TVXQ, JYJ atau pun grup lain.
Untuk topik baru yang akan dibuat, harus diberi TAG :
TAG pertama : [PRJ]
TAG kedua : nama blog/forum yg menyelengarakan project
Misal : [PRJ/Milkysu Indo] 1st Anniversary Project 2013
Untu nama projectnya jangan lupa disertakan tahun pembuatan projectnya ya. untuk isi projectnya, usahakan untuk selengkap dan sedetail mungkin supaya bagi yang membacanya mengerti. REMEMBER, peraturan  DI SINI berlaku.
M-President berhak untuk CLOSE/DELETE topik dari forum/blog yang belum berAFILIASI.

Untuk saat ini segitu dulu peraturan di Ruang Project Luar. M-President berhak untuk mengubah ataupun menambahkan peraturan yang tertera disini.
